Employee Qualifications
We have high standards at Stallion Movers. Each and every Stallion team member needs to meet a set of criteria before they're hired.
Hiring Process
- Submitting an application to careers@stallionmovers.com, calling our office @ (519) 502 - 7832, dropping off a resume at our office, or applying through Indeed.
- Scheduling and successfully completing an in-person interview.
- Scheduling and arriving for a "Trial Day" on the job. This is to ensure job satisfaction and what to expect day to day. As well as identify capabilities and ensure correct fit for the role.
- Hiring and Orientation Day! Join our team digitally!
- In-Class and In-Person Training Completion - 16 Hours Total.
- Finally, you have earned your initial stripes and have the proper skills and training to complete jobs to up to our base standards. Over the first 3 months, you will work with highly experienced team members, until you are comfortable on a team of your own.
Working Requirements
- All Stallion Employees entering seniors homes are required to have a full set of Covid-19 vaccinations.
- All employees must demonstrate friendliness, motivation, reliability, and compassion. They must also possess the "right attitude" which is a positive and trainable attitude with a get it done approach.
- They must be fully licensed and insured.
- They must pass our trial day working one on one with our Operations Manager; ensuring they can handle complex situations within the industry.
- They must undergo and complete our 16 hours of in-class, in-warehouse and on-truck training up to our Stallion Standards.
- They must be incredibly friendly and customer service oriented.
