COVID Procedures

Stallion Movers COVID-19 Special Moving Procedures:

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

All of our employees at Stallion Movers have received their first Covid-19 Vaccine.

Due to the on-going pandemic we have been required to make some changes to help keep both our clients and our staff safe during these times.

Stallion’s Fight against Covid-19

  • As an essential service we follow all government recommendations and practice social distancing.
  • We take every precaution. We sanitize all equipment and trucks after moves; this means wiping down our truck, changing our clothes, and washing our gloves and our masks.
  • As moving is a physically demanding job our team will be wearing masks during any contact with your “Move Coordinator” and will keep gloves on for the entire duration of the move.

Customer Expectations and Responsibilities:

Pre-move:

  • You will be asked a standard list of questions the day prior to the move. These questions will include: Any high temperature, contact with anyone with Covid-19 in the last 14 days, and your travel history.
  • We ask that you sanitize your doorknobs or anything that the move team will be in contact with during the move. This includes wiping down any items and keeping your furniture clean for the move.
  • All items to be moved will be prepared to be packed in the truck and ready to go.

During the move:

  • Only 1 person may have direct contact with our team, maintaining a 2-meter radius, during the move. They are to be your “Move Coordinator” and direct our team during the move.
  • This “Move Coordinator” will be required to wear a mask during communication with our team.

The “Move Coordinator” will be responsible to coordinate both ends of the move and be entrusted with making sure they are the only person in contact with our team.

For safety reasons, if any of these rules are violated and our team does not feel safe; we maintain the right to refuse service at YOUR COST. Please for everyone involved stick to our rules so everyone can stay safe!
